Supporting up to 12 individual stages in a single pass, it provides a complete picture of preheat behaviour, solder contact, motion control and optional flux application, giving manufacturers the clarity needed to set up, verify and optimise complex selective processes.

The system reads additional machine signals to identify each selective stage, enabling accurate measurement of up to 12 soldering operations in a single pass.

Full Process Parameter Capture

Preheat profile, solder temperature, contact time, X/Y speed and nozzle height are all recorded to build a complete process map.

Optional Flux Detection

An optional flux‑sensing module detects flux application thresholds, helping verify correct deposition before soldering.

Advanced Start‑Inhibit Control

The profiler will only begin recording when internal and channel temperatures are within safe limits, preventing invalid or overheated runs.
