For Vapor Process Profiling we offer the VAPORSHUTTLE SLX system. This system allows periodic checking of the vapor phase process by way of a standardised thermal test fixture consisting of:

  • 6 Matched thermal masses which measure the thermal transfer of the vapor.
  • 4 Accurate in-process vapor temperature measurement sensors.

Together this allows confirmation of uniform heat transfer and quickly identifies if any issues are caused by equipment problems or by PCB design.
